Empowerment Through Skills Training GMDO offers comprehensive, free vocational and computer training to selected candidates. This initiative has yielded significant success, with many of our alumni becoming business owners who now employ others within their communities.

Our "Pay-It-Forward" Policy: To maximize our impact beyond our annual intake capacity, we have a standing policy for our graduates. Any alumnus who establishes a business is encouraged to train at least one person for free. This ensures that the cycle of empowerment continues, giving more individuals the chance to become self-sufficient.
